Most people already know that exercising regularly is extremely beneficial to your health and body, but no one really knows the true extent of benefits that exercise does for you, specifically the psychological benefits.

College students in particular, are usually conscious about their health but don’t think that they have the time to exercise on a regular basis because of all the school work and studying they have to do. Because of this, many students feel overworked, tired, stressed, anxious, and depressed. I created an informational video that explains to college students how regular physical activity can remove these symptoms and even help students be more productive and study more effectively.
